Handgun Training Classes
All Handgun Training Classes are taught by an NRA certified instructor and in accordance with the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting and Ohio Conceal Carry requirements. This is not a Co-Ed class Women only please. This class is to Assist women with handgun safety and basic pistol instruction and to Empower women with the knowledge & confidence required to shoot a handgun proficiently. You will gain experience and familiarity with revolvers and semi-automatic pistols during the live firing portion of the training.
This a private class limited to 6 women students per class. Contact Trigger Action to schedule your group. You don't need to have a firearm, we will provide you with the use of a .22 caliber revolver and .22 caliber semi-automatic handguns, 50 rounds of ammunition, and eye and hearing protection.

NRA Basic Pistol Shooting & CCW Course - $85 per student
Class Description: Teaches the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude for owning and operation a pistol safely.
Details: This course is 8-hours long and includes both classroom and range time learning to shoot revolvers and semi-automatic pistols. Students learn NRA's rules for safe gun handling, pistol parts and operation, ammunition, shooting fundamentals, range rules, shooting from the bench rest position, and two handed standing position, cleaning the pistol, and continued opportunities for skill development.
Students will receive the NRA Guide to the Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook, NRA Gun Safety Rules brochure, Winchester/NRA Marksmanship Qualification booklet, take a Basics of Pistol Shooting Examination, and course completion certificate you can use to apply for the Ohio Conceal Carry Permit.
